I draw on a blend of Timeline Therapy®, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), neuroscience, and behavioural science to help clients understand not just what is happening in their lives- but why.

At the core of this work is the belief that our thoughts, emotions, and behaviours are shaped by patterns – many of them unconscious. By bringing these patterns into awareness, we create the opportunity to move forward with clarity and confidence.

Using Timeline Therapy™ techniques, I support clients in resolving emotional blocks and reframing past experiences in a way that frees them from limiting beliefs. NLP provides tools to shift thinking patterns, enhance communication, and build more resourceful internal states. Alongside this, deep insights from neuroscience and behavioural science ground the process in how the brain actually works- helping to create change that is both practical and sustainable.
